June was overall a good month (daily average +9%)!
There was still a lot of render instability (multiple outages), but the end is in sight there.
My main goal was to get my new render server architecture deployed before heading off to Asia for 3 weeks.
My testing ran right up to the day before I left, but that one deployed box seems stable so far and is processing more renders than the other 4 with no crashes yet (3 days later)…
…but is only handling preview renders right now.
Had a minor outage this morning with the other 4 boxes getting hung, so it's pretty tempting to flip on the HD switch or move another box over to the new renderer if I get some more down time (chilling in the hotel coffee shop at 6am listening to Japanese Disney songs right now).
